Top “How To” searches people most do in Google.

We use Google so much, for our every question it has so many answers and suggestions. But the most search terms by people are “How To” searches, yes people from all around the globe search more “How to” things than any other query. And that is the reason Google releases an article of the top “How to” searches. Did you know Google stores data of you, check our post to find What Google stores related to you?

In recent years, the “How to” searches on Google increases by 140% since 2004. And most of them are “How to fix” searches. Whether it’s a light bulb, refrigerator, toilet, gas, washing machine. And the number of searches of “How to” is increasing very rapidly.

That’s why Google Trends make a team with an award winning designer Xaquín González Veira to create a latest visual of  How to fix a toilet…and other things you couldn’t do without Search.

In their first data visualization, it shows household items first that people ask Google, and these “How to” searches are different for different countries. For example, people of US mostly search for “How to fix” doors, followed by windows, toilets, washing machines and refrigerators.

And people of Japan mostly search for Windows, doors, washing machines, and toilets. These are in series with the number of searches, means people in the US mostly search for How to fix doors more than windows followed by other, this is same for Japan’s series.
