Step 1: Go to Setting>Accounts and enable Sync Contacts on Android Smartphone.

Step 2: Now in your PC open Gmail that is connected to your android phone.Now At top left corner, you will see Gmail, Click on Contacts under it.It will lead you to contact preview screen and you can see all of your contacts of your phone.

Step 3: Now you have to export these contacts, Click on More at the left side and you will see a menu where you can see the option of Export.Click on it and if a screen popup where it is written that Exports from Old Google contacts then click on Go to Old Google Contacts.

Step 4: Now You will see a similar screen with different interface.Now select the contacts which you want to export or if you want to export all contacts then select all.

Step 5: Now Go to more at top side and click More>Export.A screen will popup, Choose the option which suits you under Which contacts do you want to export and Select vCard under Which export format? then a file of .vcf will be downloaded.

Step 6: Now Go to contacts after signing in to your iCloud.

Step 7: Click on  at the left bottom side and select import vCard and select file which you have downloaded.

Step 8: Now If you have not enabled auto sync of contacts in iCloud then Enabled it.
